1 Acceptance of Terms

6 Gameplay & Betting

6.1 Game Availability

6.2 Bets Once Placed

6.3 Technical Errors

6.4 Sports Betting — Void Markets

7 Prohibited Activities

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their htv777 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified withdrawal method.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months. htv777 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of up to 500 PKR to dormant accounts after prior written notice to the registered email address. The account will not be charged below a zero balance.

12 Limitation of Liability
